At ZUBEK, we’re committed to transparency, trust, and clean experiences — in our fabrics, our mission, and our policies. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how you can return it, should you need to.


Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the European Union, the UK, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, feel free to email us at hi@zubek.co.

Shipping Times for Courier Delivery (Estimated)

  • EU orders: 2–7 business days

  • UK: 4–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note: Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel amazing in your ZUBEK pieces. If something’s not right, here’s how we’ll make it better:

Return Eligibility

  • You may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery, as per EU law.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

    • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

    • Free from signs of wear (e.g. makeup, deodorant, scent, pet hair)

How to Start a Return

Email us at hi@zubek.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and share the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend tracked shipping; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • The total of refund is equal to amount of purchased item (we do not refund shipping fee) 

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size or color, please note this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


EU Consumer Rights (Distance Selling)

As an EU-based brand, ZUBEK complies with all requirements of the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • This right applies to online purchases (distance selling), with few exceptions (e.g. hygiene-sealed items that have been opened).
